IGDS will give game developers the chance to pitch their projects to selected publishers in 1:1 meetings. Selected publishers includes  505 Games |  Digital Bros  and  Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe .

• If you would like to participate, you shall submit your meeting requests to  [email protected]  by Wednesday October 5rd . In order to allow each publisher to evaluate your meeting requests, you shall provide a  presentation of maximum 15 slides  including the following information:  company profile, team/experience, key project (genre, platform, stage of development), what you are looking for .

• IGDS will get back to game developers with a feedback on their meeting requests by  Friday  October 7th . Each publisher will select at its own discretion game developers he/she is interested to meet.

• The 1:1 meetings shall take place in the  National Museum of Science and Technology of Milan . Meetings with  505 Games | Digital Bros  can be scheduled on  Wednesday October 12th and/or on Thursday October 13th from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm . Meetings with Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe can be scheduled  on Thursday October 13th from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm .  There will be slots of 30 minutes for each meeting. No. of meetings that can be scheduled is up to each publisher.

• The service will be  free of charge for IGDS attendees .
